We were pleased to host a breakfast with Oliver Shah, award-winning Business Editor of the Sunday Times and one of the most respected national commentators on business and the high street. Oliver currently writes some of the most high-profile features and interviews for the Sunday Times. He also writes extensively about tech companies and founders.

 

In a lively discussion moderated by Simon Kelner, former editor-in-chief of The Independent, we looked at the future of news media in the tech age. Oliver also shared his views on leading tech business stories of the day and gave some practical advice for company founders and CEOs on what journalists look for in a business story, how they work with sources and how to make your story heard.
